Our foods are flash frozen (freezing at an extreme low temperature) to preserve all the delicious flavors and nutrients of our products. Ensure the foods are fully thawed before baking them. Preheat a conventional or toaster oven to 360°. Remove all packaging prior to baking. To help food cook evenly throughout, make a spike cut from the top prior to placing in the oven. Please food on a sprayed baking sheet in the oven for 16 to 20 minutes. Let rest for one 1-2 minutes before devouring.
Keep food refrigerated. If you don't eat your food within four days, our flash freezing method allows food to be frozen and enjoyed it later.
