Shipping + Returns Policy
Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Wednesdays of each week. Orders received by Monday @ 12M ET will be processed and shipped that week. All other orders will go out the follow week. Customers will receive a notification when orders have been shipped. Potential, unforeseen delays may result due to higher volume of orders or shipping issues are outside of our control.

We offer Free Shipping to all orders $65 or more in the USA.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
